Join us for one of the more popular Jerusalem tours that focuses on the beautiful Yemin Moshe and Mishkenot Sha'ananim neighborhoods.
Yemin Moshe ('Right Hand of Moses') is a breathtaking Jerusalem neighborhood built in the latter half of the 19th century by the British philanthropist Sir Moses Montefiore in response to overcrowding within the walls of the Old City. The first set of houses were called Mishkenot Sha'ananim ('Tranquil Dwellings'), the first Jewish properties to be built outside the Old City - on a hill directly across from Mount Zion. Marking the birth of a modern Jerusalem, Mishkenot Sha'ananim has always been a symbol of a dynamic and evolving city. Simultaneously charming and inspiring, it offers a spectacular view of the Tower of David, the Old City walls and the Judean Desert.
Following the tour, we will continue for a night of fun in the unique Mantra restaurant and wine bar located an ancient building in the heart of picturesque Jerusalem, a place where a friendly atmosphere meets superb cuisine.
After a cocktail dinner party we will 'Rock and Roll' with Yes Ma'am! Five musicians united by a dream: a poppin', joyful Girl Band reviving the very best 50's and 60's hits. The band's repertoire consists of classic tunes by the Supremes, Aretha Franklin, Nancy Sinatra, The Beatles, Peggy Lee, Ray Charles, Elvis and many more; Yes Ma'am! Makes those come alive with meticulous musicianship and stylish fun. The Yes Ma'am! Experience draws its charm from the onstage girl-power, friendship and a great love for music. Thus the beautiful, timeless classics of the 50's and 60's blend into a contemporary, joyful and unforgettable live performance.
